Statement
My personal work is informed by my experience as a foreigner, and my desire to explore the intimate places we occupy in our everyday life. Coming from another culture allows me to investigate themes such as "home/house," immigration, isolation, and the struggle to fit in. Even though the world is becoming smaller, there are still instances where differences are not fully embraced.
By documenting the spaces we inhabit, I explore the concepts of absence and presence, examining how they are represented and the nuanced narratives that unfold within these familiar landscapes. Each photograph becomes a contemplation, a meditation on the transient nature of existence and the profound interconnectedness of all things.
